@joeterror my issue is how do i delete the old SSID created before i reset the controller the first, because they are still there and i cant even access or change their password or voucher. How do i delete those SSID , each time i factory reset the controller before they always disappear but now they are still there.

  @Vincent-TP i did as instructed but now my controller doesn't show up when i sign into my omada even when i logged in and binded during setup after factory reset( note the ip address of the controller refused to load at this point onwards) , i had to add it using device key which was quite hard, and when i tried up the controller now i saw only 6 to adopt out of 13 previously which showed up during the previous setup after resetting

Now  logging into my omada site , the remaining eaps when i tried adopting them i faced the issue of wrong password and username even when they are copied from the "site settings"

What do i do now please 😭? And one who i can't hit up privately as well , maybe a support personnel from Africa, i really need to fix this it's for a school.

  @Vincent-TP i solved the problem but how do i find the backup option in the controller management page. Because from where i factory reset the controller i only see , Reboot and Factory reset there

  @Vincent-TP  thanks for the aid, i just changed the password to one of my SSID and all of sudden all my ssids were not broadcasting anymore , some eap even changed to "disconnected" i had to unplug and plug them back physically or forget and readopt them digitally. Why is this? And how do i confirm physically or digitally if my omada oc200 hardware controller is faulty
