Model: EAP225
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Hello there, Since this morning I'm having an DHCP issue on my EAP225. I had my SG2210P and EAP225 that were outdated vers. 5.20.1 and vers. 1.2.1 respectively.
The Wifi issue started prior updating any device this morning and I tried to force provisionning the EAP and still get the issue.
the wifi connected devices are getting 169.254.XXX.XXX address instead of the normal 192.168.XX.XX.

Here  is the list of my devices, only 3:

nothing was changed for last few months.

Problem Solved. Factory reset on all devices, restored the oc200 controller setings from early january and readopted all devices. Still i don't what went wrong. No powerloss or surge.

Hello, so I don't know what whent wrong with my EAP but after "forgetting" both EAP225 and SG2210P and re adopting them back was enough to fix my DHCP problemes. forgetting EAP225 alone didn't do anything so I decided to remove all device and readopt them and see what would happen.

So it's been almost 1 hour and the wifi client are getting again our beloved 169.254.XX.XX IP. Really lovely. Also my mDNS doesn't seems to work any more. I've got 3 VLANs one for the network devices (controller, router, switch and AP) vlan 10, 1 for the lan vlan 20 and the last for wlan vlan 30.

Except for my desktop wired into the switch and connected into vlan 10. my NAS is no longer accessible.

I'm really frustrated.

Hi  @Setlec

Since you mentioned there was no power loss or surge, it’s possible that a temporary glitch or misconfiguration in the DHCP process led to the issue.

If the issue reoccurs or you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to assist you.
