Thanks for posting in our business forum.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party cameras. As far as we know, the NVR works with the most IPC for storage and live view.
There might be compatibility problems for the protocol-based functions. If they are not standard, or certain advanced detection of ours is a private protocol, you would see this problem with the third-party camera.
