When streaming video, my internet service hangs occasionally for about 5 to 10 seconds. During this time, I cannot ping any external hosts through the wireless connection. I can ping the EAP620 HD through the wireless connection.

I thought it was my ISP, but I can't reproduce this using a wired connection while the ap is stalled.

Are there any settings I can change that may help?

I've never upgraded the firmware, so maybe I should start there.

EDIT: I'm using the 5GHz band and the ap is about 20 feet away in  the same room.
