EAP670 2.4Ghz Devices Drop Connection After Time
EAP670 2.4Ghz Devices Drop Connection After Time

I have 4 EAP670 located on each level of my house. They are broadcasting an IoT network that is using 2.4g and 5g. I've noticed over a period of time (usually a day or so), some of my 2.5g IoT devices appear to be offline. For example, in the Kasa and Wyze apps they show as offline. In my OC300 dashboard they show as online.
If I reboot the devices they refuse to connect to the network (even if I completely reset them). If I reboot the EAP they are connected to, however, they reconnect and come back online. I have the following ON:
- Fast Roaming
- Non-Stick Roaming
- AI Roaming
Based on another thread/comment from @Clive_A, I assume this is a WiFi issue since it is resolved with a reboot of my EAP670s. I'm turning off Non-Stick Roaming to see if that solves the issue. Any other ideas?

@Vincent-TP Done! I'll report back if that solves the issue. Thank you.

So far, disabling multicast-to-unicast seems to have solved the issue. Thank you!
I left the following on:
- Fast Roaming
- Non-Stick Roaming
- AI Roaming
Is this a known bug to be fixed in a future firmware or is it older IoT devices?

Recently we found that some older IoT devices are not compatible well with this feature, we will further optimize this feature.

Even after disabling Multicast-to-Unicast Conversion, I am still having this problem.
A reboot of my EAPs fixes the issue until it starts happening again (sometimes it happens after just an hour and other times it takes 12 - 24 hours to occur).
At first I thought this was related to older IoT devices, but I recently bought a new TP-Link wall switch and it is doing the some thing.
Anything elese I can try? Is there a beta firmware that may fix this? This is really becoming a pain...

Sorry to hear this issue occurred again.
May I know the model number of the TP-Link wall switch?
Apart from this switch, is there any other 2.4G client disconnected recently?

@Vincent-TP It is happening on the following devices:
EP40, HS200, HS210. Along with disabling multicast-to-unicast conversion, I have also disabled PMF to determine if that solves the issue.

Are they using the latest firmware version?
When they disconnected, what's the APP showing?
How can you reconnect them? reboot the EAP, or some else?

Yes, the IoT devices are using the latest firmware.
When they disconnected, what's the APP showing?
The TP-Link Kasa app shows the devices as disconnected.
How can you reconnect them? reboot the EAP, or some else?
I've tried rebooting the IoT device and also completely resetting. They still won't connect. When I reboot the EAP, then the IoT devices reconnect. Not that it should matter, but all the IoT devices have reserved IP addresses.
I am currently testing with the following settings OFF. So far, it's been 12 hours without a problem.
- Multicast-to-Unicast Conversion = Off
- 6 Ghz = Off
- PMF = Disable
- WPA2-PKS AES = On
This issue sounds very similar to the following:
