Model: EAP670
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20240829 Rel. 54375

I have 4 EAP670 located on each level of my house. They are broadcasting an IoT network that is using 2.4g and 5g. I've noticed over a period of time (usually a day or so), some of my 2.5g IoT devices appear to be offline. For example, in the Kasa and Wyze apps they show as offline. In my OC300 dashboard they show as online.

If I reboot the devices they refuse to connect to the network (even if I completely reset them). If I reboot the EAP they are connected to, however, they reconnect and come back online. I have the following ON:

- Fast Roaming

- Non-Stick Roaming

- AI Roaming

Based on another thread/comment from @Clive_A, I assume this is a WiFi issue since it is resolved with a reboot of my EAP670s. I'm turning off Non-Stick Roaming to see if that solves the issue. Any other ideas?

So far, disabling multicast-to-unicast seems to have solved the issue. Thank you!

I left the following on:

- Fast Roaming

- Non-Stick Roaming

- AI Roaming

Is this a known bug to be fixed in a future firmware or is it older IoT devices?

Hi  @CoffeeAndTech

Recently we found that some older IoT devices are not compatible well with this feature, we will further optimize this feature.
