Omada Cloud Based Authentication Portal not working "WEBPAGE NOT AVAILABLE"

Hi There,
Over the past few days—possibly a week now—I’ve noticed that my clients' phones are unable to log in to the Omada Cloud Portal. When they are redirected to the portal, they receive a "webpage not available" error.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including re-adopting my devices, remaking the sites, and performing a factory reset, but nothing has worked. Our internet connection is stable, and we have confirmed that the devices are receiving internet access. Interestingly, when we switch to a simple password-based login, everything works fine, but as soon as we switch back to the cloud portal, the portal is unreachable.
I dont know if this may be a bug on Omada's side. This issue has significantly impacted our business, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving it. If this is a known issue, I hope Omada can provide a fix as soon as possible.

Que tal mi estimado buenas tardes, estoy teniendo el mismo problema que el amigo Eksuma, actualice y ahora ya no abre el portal, pero si deshabilito el portal ingreso y navego sin problemas y si activo el portal deja de funcionar. Cuento con el AP EAP-225 Outdoor v3, cuando lo instale lo actualice a la version v3_5.1.6 ofrecida en Omada cloud ahora lo he degradado a v3_5.1.1 y sigue igual, espero me puedan ayudar ya llevo 2 dias intentando de todo a mi alcance y nada. Espero su respuesta amigo y de antemano gracias.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I have the EAP225-Outdoor(US) v3.0 antenna with version 5.1.6. I get the same message with some devices, while it works fine with others. I hope you can send me the same ticket to help me resolve the issue. Thanks.
