OC300 S/N from the boxHi

I have a problem I hope I can find a solution for from the community.

I Have an OC300 Controller V1.0.

Today, I had to reset the controller back to factory defaults - now, I cannot adopt the controller because I don't have a Q-code (it's in a very awkward position in the rack and I will have to remove everything to get to it) - I am hoping there is a way to obtain the product key from the details on the box the controller came in - any idea please as to how I can recover my Device Key for the OC300 from its serial nimber as per the image of the labels on the box as enclosed?

Many thanks

Omsi

Hi  @Omsi

To add the controller via mobile Omada APP, the QR code or the device key is a must.

But here is another method to bind the device with your TP-Link account:

Use the OC200's IP address to access its web interface locally, and follow the wizard to bind the controller to your TP-Link account.

After that, you will be able to see this controller when you login Omada APP with the account.

Hi @Omsi

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Device key is located on the back. It is actually a QR code. The label on the device shows both the SN and QR codes.
