Hello,
My CPE710 device is connected to a Mikrotik Omnitik device in AP Client Router mode, but the radioname is not visible on the Mikrotik side, which means it is not visible to which client the device belongs. Is there a setting part of this problem? Or is it a software problem, I would be glad if you could inform me.

What do you mean by radioname ?

 

Do you mean the CPE is not showing on the Mikrotik 's client list?

 

You may refer to the following:

 

1.  **Check the CPE710's configuration:**

Log in to the CPE710's management interface and confirm whether the Radioname has been set and whether the setting meets Mikrotik's requirements.

 

2.  **Check the Mikrotik's configuration:**

Log in to the Mikrotik's management interface, view the wireless client list, and confirm whether there is an option to display the Radioname and whether it is configured correctly.

 

3.  **Update firmware:**

Try updating the firmware of both the CPE710 and the Mikrotik to the latest version to see if it resolves the issue.

Hello, CPE710 is connected to a Mikrotik AP but the device name is not visible in the Mikrotik device. There is no Radioname setting in the CPE710 settings (CPE710 AP CLIENT ROUTER) settings. Device Name is written on the CPE710 side. Radioname is not coming as in the picture.

All other devices are visible and the cpe710 in mikrotik is also at the latest versions.
