Hi There 

I have preconfigured EAp devices and planning to set up these new EAP for a different location which has a Sophos firewall, our HO also has a Sophos firewall and they are connected using site-to-site VPN. 

I tried adding the device but it's not appearing on the Omada software-based controller. I believe this is because they both are on different networks. 

can someone from the team help us to configure all the devices on the same controller we would like to manage it from one place.
