Firmware Download:

Before the Upgrade

(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Beta firmware!

(2) Just in case, it's always recommended to save a copy of the camera Config file before upgrade or downgrade.
(3) You may follow the User Guide to upgrade your camera.

(4) The following beta firmware cannot be upgraded via TP-Link cloud access, please access the camera through the Web Management interface or VIGI Security Manager.

(1) The above firmware is applied to the models mentioned above.

(2) Your device’s configuration won’t be lost after upgrading.

(3) You must upgrade to version 2.5.0 first before upgrading to version 3.0.0.

(4) !!!After upgrading, your device CANNOT downgrade to any previous version.!!!

(5) Previous backup will no longer work on this version.
