Eap670 can't assign ip

I have a tenda ap and a eap670 on the lan. As a test, I created two separate ssid on each AP. When I connected to the ssid on the tenda I'm able to get an IP. When I connect to the ssid on the eap670, it struggles to get ip and ends up not connecting.
I can connect to the eap670 from omada app as well as my wired PC directly to it's assigned up to make ssid changes without problems. What can be preventing connecting to the eap670 that wireless devices are not able to get an IP address?

Thanks but it wasn't the cable.
Since I was able to make changes to the AP, I created a new ssid to test connecting to it and had zero problems. Since it's functioning fine with the new ssid, I deleted the old ssid and recreated them. Now my devices can connect and all is working. Very odd.

Hi @Chuck-12
It could be the Ethernet cable.
To test this, you may swap the EAP670 with the tenda ap, and see if the issue comes with the EAP, or comes with the ethernet cable.
