Hi,

Good day! Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

If I could explain my issue in real-time as I faced it, it might be easier to understand.

I created two vouchers in the Omada Controller:

1. A no data limit voucher with a speed cap of 10 Mbps for both upload and download.

2. A 1GB data limit voucher with no speed restrictions.

A user initially purchased the no-data-limit voucher but was unhappy with the speed, so he decided to switch to the high-speed voucher.

This is where my issue begins. To switch the voucher, I had to go to the clients list and manually unauthorize the user. Is this the correct method, or am I missing something? I'm new to the Omada Controller and have been using it since February 2.

Second issue:

After I unauthorized the user, he was unable to access the login portal to redeem the new voucher (Screenshot attached below). We tried for over 10 minutes with no success. Frustrated, the user returned the voucher and left.

I tested this on multiple mobile devices, and all of them experienced the same issue. Users must log in after connecting to Wi-Fi for the first time each day. However, if they switch to another Wi-Fi network and then try reconnecting, they face the same login problem.

Could anyone help me resolve this issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

This is in line with expectations.

Generally, after we manually unauthenrizing a client, we assume that the administrator no longer wants that client to connect to the network.

The easiest way to solve your problem is to create 2 SSID's and bind them to different portals. When users need to switch, just manually connect to the other SSID.

Like below: for example, SSID1 is to limit speed, SSID2 is to limit traffic.

Hi @Vincent-TP just a few question about what you mentioned regarding 2 SSID dinding in 2 different portals. I think just what I noticed. Every Portal required just only one SSID only.
