EAP215-Bridge KIT(US)_V2_1.0.2 Build 20241209
How can I update to this version? The Omada iOS app does not say it's available. I am on 1.0.0

Hi @notaek,
Be sure "US" is the correct region for you device and that the device's version is correct. Usually the controller finds the most recent firmware that's correct for your device. Manually installing the wrong firmware is not something you should do.
I'm not 100% sure the bridge devices have the same options, but other devices have a Custom Upgrade section under the device's Config-Manage Device that allows you to manually update firmware downloaded locally. The firmware you referenced is in the product's download list here: https://support.omadanetworks.com/us/product/eap215-bridge-kit/v2/?resourceType=download
