  @Vincent-TP Hi Vincent, yes I can explain it fully.

 

- I have an ER-7206 V2.20 with the ER7206 V2 2.2.0 Build 20250218 Pre-Release Firmware

- I Have an Omada SDN Controller 5.15.20.17 installed on a server and I have a OC200 with 5.15.20.31 installed (If needed for test)

 

In the latest ER-7206 pre-release firmware "Virtual Wan" is released which is GREAT. I only miss for DHCP Option 55 the route 1,3,28,121. This I can NOT select or enter.

Only this predefined route 33.43.121.249 which is build in which I can toggle.

 

When this would be adapted to my requested route the fiirmware is FINALLY fully adapted for "IPTV in The Netherlands for several providers" which is GREAT and a lot of people will be happy.

 

Can this please be fixed? I Think it is not much effort as 99% is now inplemented.

As 2nd:

 

These special Options I just talked about on the WAN side are NOT adapted in the Omada SDN firmware versions I just mentioned. They are just NOT visible at all.

I tested to adopt the ER-7206 ro Omada SDN 5.15.20.17 and 31 and with both versions my IPTV breaks again over Virtual WAN and the DHCP options etc are again gone.

So only in "Standalone mode" I have it 99% working but I miss my needec DHCP option 55 route: 1,3,28,121.

 

I have created from all these options a screenshot and posted here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/264312?replyId=1516068

 

If needed we can do a screensharing teams session or private mailing to get this fixed.

My Setup:ER-7602 V2.20, OC200, 4x EAP245, 1x EAP225, 1x EAP225-Outdoor, 2x TL-SG2218 and 3x ES205G.

If the option is missing in controller mode, but available in standalone, this is a controller that is not adapting to the firmware of the router. I am not responsible for the controller improvement. 

 

In your other reply in the request page, that was saying it is missing in the controller mode? Then Vincent can record it as an improvement. 

 

About the preset in DHCP Option 55, I think we should open it up instead of giving preset options.

I'll see what the dev says about it. Instead of adding each ISP, opening it up and configuring yourself would be the final solution.

  @Clive_A Yes, I agree. Open up Option 55 is the best solution. I hope this can be done on short notice. Maybe the can make a beta firmware for ER-7206 V2.20? Then I will test this and if OK then a BIG problem for almost all ISP's in The Netherlands with IPTV is SOLVED smileyheart. Who I need to contact for Controller Improvement so the DHCP options will be properly displayed? Because now I must use Standalone mode and I would like to integrate my router.

It might take some time before DHCP Option 55 has some changes. I only send this for review and this takes time.

  @Clive_A  Thanks, keep me in the loop please! @Vincent-TP Can you have a look on the controller side why for the ER-7206 V2.20 when creating a "virtual-wan" the DHCP options are NOT displayed and taken over from the router? I tried it multiple times and they are really not there as I already posted in the forum. Thanks in advance.
