Hi  @Babun-Sikder

For performance reasons, except for the OC400, all other hardware controllers have removed this feature .

  @Vincent-TP

Dear TP-Link Omada Team,

I recently upgraded from the OC200 to the OC300 for performance reasons, expecting the same set of features and capabilities. However, I was informed that a key feature has been removed from all hardware controllers except the OC400 in the latest update. This is quite disappointing, especially considering that this feature is essential for businesses like ours.

Removing important functionality without prior notice is not acceptable. If this trend continues, I will be forced to consider alternatives such as UniFi for my network needs.

I hope you can reconsider this decision and provide a more business-friendly approach to these updates.

Controller Version: 5.15.20.26 (OC300) Router: ER7206 V2.2.0 Switches: SG2428P v5.30 and SG2210P v5.20 Access Points: 2 × EAP610 Network Setup: Dual WAN (Jio/Airtel) Camera Setup: NVR2016H & 6 Cam

Today my VPN tunnels "broke"

They worked fine, until this morning, when I realized my desk-phone wasn't working. So I took a look on my OC200 to see:

Tunnel are "up" in VPN Status, but neither are the other sites reachable nor any devices there...

  @Wienumgebung

strange behaviour:  Traffic was blocked on the gateway (8411), gateway reboot didn't help. disconnect+reconnect the corresponding WANport did the trick. very strange. Took me 5 hours to get online again ;(

There seem to be some bugs in there...

OK. seemed to be a problem with the 8411 Firmware 1.2.3. Reverted to 1.2.2 now.
