the first question

is it possible to use an fiber splitter in combination with WDM?
Scenario:
I place a TL-FC311A-20 behind the router, to which I connect an optical splitter and on the opposite side I place two TL-FC311B-20.

1x2-plc-fiber-splitter-mini-module-sc-upc

 

the second question

which connector does the TL-FC311A-20 use?

- SC/PC

- SC/APC

- SCU

- SCA

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Fiber modules like FC311A should work with the 311B. It does not matter what fiber you have. As long as you pick the correct specs for the module and fiber. They work.

Splitter commonly does not alter the fiber signal, that should be fine.

 

Not sure where this WDM is placed as you don't have a diagram. If you mean the module FC311, that FC311A/B-20 is WDM compatible.
