OC200 Application Analytics, missing "Users" link

I recently switched from a software controller to OC200 hardware controller. I have noticed that the Application Analytics feature has less features on the OC200 than the software controller has.
Specifically, the "Users" category with per-device traffic breakdown is missing.

Is this intentional? I can not find anywhere on the controller type comparisons that the OC200 hardware controller is feature-gimped compared to SW controller, so this was an unwelcome surprise :-/.

Thanks for clearing this up. You should make it clear in the OC200/OC300 material that the hardware controllers do not offer the same features as the software controller. Would have saved me a purchase & return.
