Hi @Galli
You may refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Verify Internet Connection
-
Ensure that your OC200 v2.0 has a stable internet connection. Check the network settings to make sure it is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
-
Try accessing other online services from the device to confirm that the internet connection is working properly.
2. Firmware Updates
-
Ensure that your OC200 v2.0 is running the latest firmware version. The firmware version you mentioned is
2.17.6 Build 20241101 Rel.44787
. It's not the latest one.
3. Check Cloud Account Settings
-
Ensure that your TP-Link Cloud account is active and accessible. Log in to your TP-Link Cloud account through the web interface or the TP-Link app to verify that there are no issues with the account itself.
4. Factory Reset
-
Since you mentioned that you have already performed a reset, let's ensure that it was done correctly.
-
To perform a factory reset, press and hold the reset button on the device for about 10 seconds. This will restore the device to its default settings.
-
After the reset, wait for the device to reboot and then try to bind it to the cloud again.
5. Check for Network Restrictions
-
Ensure that there are no network restrictions or firewalls blocking the device from connecting to the TP-Link Cloud. This could include router settings or security software on your network.
-
Temporarily disable any firewalls or security software to see if they are causing the issue.
