Can't enter web admin on CPE 220

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version:

Hi. I have a problem on CPE220. I can ping the web admin ip (already set static ip to the pc), but I can't enter it into the web UI.
The browser I use is Brave, I went use Chrome too but no luck. Thanks
