Model: EAP772
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

So, i decided to change from the EAP683 to the EAP772.  When my devices were connected to the 683 i had no issues.  Upon changing to 772, my appleTV 4k and one of my roku tvs no longer connect.  I get a cannot connect to network.  I reset both devices and I also made sure the wifi was working on them by connecting to my mobile hotspot, even though it did previously on the 683.  what's the deal? how can this be fixed.  non of my setting were changed.  I ony adopted the 772.  to make things weird, my other roku tv connects fine.

Hi @MRCAPTOBVIOUS,

The clients may not support the channel the AP is able to use.  On the AP,  try setting the 5GHz channel to a lower value, probably 144 or less would work. Some devices may not like the DFS channels so might also need to avoid 52-112.

  @D-C

I actually tried to create another WiFi and enabled 2.4 only.  I still couldn't connect. I also created another that had no password, thinking that may impact it too, but the devoces couldn't connect to the Omada system. The WiFi works because I can connect to my hotspot first time every time.
