Adopt ER7212PC on OC200
Hello
I bought a 3-in-1 ER7212PC router, but I can only use 2 switches, the network grew and now I need to use 8 switches, so I bought an OC200 controller, so far I have been able to migrate all the devices from the integrated ER7212PC controller to the OC200 controller, but I cannot use the ER7212PC router on the OC200, I have already tried to factory reset the 3-in-1 but it did not work.
This should be possible, I do not want to have to buy another router, I need help.
Thank you very much.

Hi @arielsagaut,
Until there's an update to make it work, you'll need to use the 3-in-3. See: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/613712?replyId=1222758

Hi @arielsagaut
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
What country code do you visit to get that picture? Based on your regional code, it seems to be the AR?
AR site incorrectly displayed this information. Please refer to the global site.
This is not listed on the latest Omada domain: https://www.omadanetworks.com/en/business-networking/omada-router-integrated-router/er7212pc/#specifications
ER7212PC is a controller-capable router. It cannot be controlled by another OC200 or Omada Controller.
This is the final answer to the question.
There is no firmware update to this or change to amend this. The local site will be modified after I send an email to the local team.

@D-C Thank you very much for your response!
The specifications that appear in my country say that it can be managed with other controllers (OC200, OC300, etc.)
It remains to wait for a solution from the manufacturer.

Thanks for the reply
It's a shame you can't provide a solution. I'm not the only one. Many of us bought the ER7212PC with the understanding that we could later upgrade to a controller when it was necessary to grow.

@Clive_A, FYI the UY region's site also has the incorrect information.

Seems to be the local team did not pay attention, and simply copied what applies to the regular routers. But this is a 3-in-1. Will feedback again on this.
