IPv6 doesn't work on ER605 v2.0

What have I done wrong? I'm trying to get an IPv6 address. On another TP-link router is working. I'm am going to provide any information that will help you to understand my problem. Ignore the 192.168.0.110. I will be very thankful if someone is willing to help me.
IPv6 Address: 2001:db8:1::1 /64
DHCP Range: 2001:db8:1::100 - 2001:db8:1::200
Lease Time: 1440

Does this line even support IPv6?
I think the line is the problem.
Is it a modem? Does it provide IPv6 or allow IPv6 to pass through to the ER605?

@Clive_A Yes, my ISP is digi. ro (RCS & RDS), and they provide me with a PPPoE IPv6. Sometimes it works, but when I check on IPv6 test websites, it doesn't show my IPv6 address. There might be an issue with the DHCP server as well. I know I'm getting an IPv6 because I've tested it before using a TP-Link Archer C6. I'm planning to update my ER605 router to the ER605 V2_2.2.3 Build 20240112 Beta firmware to see if that resolves the issue.
