Portal Cautive Vouchers - Omada Essentials
I need help, I have a problem with my captive portal. I have voucher authentication enabled, but clients are sharing the connection from their cell phones. They enable the Wi-Fi Zone option and that way other devices can connect without using a voucher. Is there anything I can do to prevent them from connecting?
@ludbarri This option does not work, they are not using coupons to share the connection. They are using "Mobile Hotspot" from their cell phones. I have already done the test from my cell phone, I add a coupon to my cell phone, then I activate "Mobile Hotspot" and I connect from another cell phone to the mobile hotspot that I have created from the cell phone. And this way I can connect from several cell phones to the network without using a coupon, I have been investigating a little and Omada seems not to want or can not implement "Prohibit WiFi Anti Sharing" or "Anti Tethering".
This option seems to be available on some APs. But it doesn't work using OMADA. I'm checking my EAP610 Outdoor but they don't have a "Wi-Fi Anti Sharing" option and Omada Essentials doesn't have this option either. I also checked for this option on Omada OC200 v5.15.8.12 and there is no Anti Tethering option either.
