Hi,
it "jumps" when gets to that gap.
To explain when there is blue line it plays smoothly but when gets to this gap point it jumps to next blue line, so I would say that there is not recording that point.
It is not big deal but Im not sure what can happen if this gap happen during the event/alert.

Got several questions from the test:
1. Where did you view this information? Seeing this icon? The web page of the NVR or direct access to NVR?
2. Do they stop recording at this gap? It was not answered.
3. The firmware of their IPC and MAC addresses.
How do you power them? Any power cut?
4. As mentioned, you have two IPCs, do they see the same problem at the same time stamp?

HI,
please check bellow in blue.
Got several questions from the test:
1. Where did you view this information?
In Playback and when you select channel/camera.
Seeing this icon?
Icon?
The web page of the NVR or direct access to NVR?
Web page of NVR and Vigi security manager app.
2. Do they stop recording at this gap? It was not answered.
I said that is short gap so slider jumps over when gets to that point, which means it doesnt record at that point/gap.
3. The firmware of their IPC and MAC addresses.
How do you power them? Any power cut?
PoE and NVR is on UPS.
4. As mentioned, you have two IPCs, do they see the same problem at the same time stamp?
Different time stamps.
