Hi all.

I am experiencing an issue with my Wi-Fi connection. I have an omada site, a 2.4GHz and a 5GHz network. When I connect to the 2.4GHz network, I can access the internet without any problems. However, when I connect to the 5GHz network, I am unable to get internet access.

Could you please advise on what could be causing this issue, and how I can resolve it.

I have a OC200 controller on site with 29 EAP613 Aps.

Any help or recommendations will be highly appreciated.

It is like the 5GHz network might not be properly routed or the DHCP settings could be misconfigured. You could try checking the DHCP settings in the OC200 controller and make sure the 5GHz network is set up to obtain an IP address correctly. Additionally, it might help to reboot the APs and the controller. Let me know how it goes more info.
