Why whenever I need TP link support do I have so much trouble getting it? I just tried calling business support and is open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time and now they say they're closed for the weekend because they're only there Monday through Friday and they don't think people work other than bankers hours.  Can't sign into my cloud controller because it says they don't recognize my e-mail but I'm signed in here with the same e-mail that I always use for TP link.  Now I have a network down and have to put my client on till next week. Anybody have any recommendations for a company that has support?

We apologize that no one was available when you needed support over the weekend. This is indeed the current service hours for the commercial team. We will consider extending our service hours.

 

As for the failed login to the cloud-based controller page, does it persist?

Please try with different web browsers.

 

If possible, please share a screenshot of the error message page.
