Eap 225 disconnected
My EAP225 keep disconnecting from time to time, when i check the device its ON l, the green light is still on...

Could you please give us more details about the disconnect issue?
Is the wireless client disconnected from the EAP? Or the EAP disconnect from the controller?
Does the main router work correctly?

Yes the clients is also disconnected
But if i restart the eap, it will work again just fine

How often will the disconnect issue happen?
How did you power on the EAP?
When the issue occurs, will all clients be affected at the same time? Is the SSID still visible at that time?
Is the main router working at that time?
Please check the power supply of the EAP. also try with different cables.

All clients is affected and the SSID is not visible

Yes its working perfectly

Hi @SanjiSan20
Please try the following:
1. change the ethernet cable that powers the EAP, better a shorter one;
2. Check the firmware version of the EAP, make sure it's using the latest firmware;
3. hard reset it to the default settings;
If none of above can fix the issue; it's mostly a hardware defect, you may contact your retailer to check the warranty for the EAP.
