Hello to all friends. I would like to know if it is possible to no longer use my Freebox Pop internet box and only have the ER706W router take care of everything?

The goal would be to enter an optical fiber directly

Hi,

It depends if your ISP allows own devices connected directly to their infrastructure. You should ask them about the details.

Also, the question is, what type of fiber connection is used and if TP-LINK supports proper SFP for such connection.
