Hello, I need solution to this problem
I was installing a new firmware to my router but in the process the light go down. After that i entered by serial cable, push ctrl+b to enter safe mode, i tried charge the new firmware but the response was ever the same open user-config failed. Well i don't remember the user and i try with set password to router but i get the same answer. And finally if i try reset settings by safe mode is the same to do nothing.

PS. I don't try to install a basic config file from other router tl-er6020
