We do not provide any sort of way to enter root or debug mode.

If you experience a problem with the router, please contact the support team.
If we need to enter debug mode, we will do so via our device.

I need it because there's some changes I can make that's not available on the web management (for example, replacing HTTPS certificate, which this feature has been requested before and never implemented).

For the next firmware update, please consider granting users full terminal access. A lot of enterprise router allows IT to access terminal already, and consider this is a business product, it should be the same. It's also not just me who wants this access, a lot of other advanced users wants it too.

I am aware of this. However, we don't provide SSH privileges to any users. We do not consider granting access to users. In the previous firmware, you can gain access somehow based on the Internet guide. But we are tightening this up.

If you need to debug, contact our support team and work with the dev via a remote session.
