Switch bricked during upgrade
Team,
This morning, I tried to upgrade a SG2008 switch from 3.0.9 to 3.0.12
The upgrade failed. It looks as if the switch is bricked - even a factory reset with the reset switch is not possible.
Any suggestions?
With warm regards - Will

Hi @ITV
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
There is no recovery mode for the switch. You can consider the RMA if it does not work properly anymore.

FYI, such a case is not under warranty.
I recommend you get it in a power-stable environment if you perform any upgrades. For any devices, if you break power during the upgrade, most will become bricked. Apply to all hardware devices.
As I don't take care of the RMA, so contact your local teams. I would reject such an RMA request if this is the sitaution. This is due to human error, and it is not under the warranty.
