Model: EAP225-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 5.1.1

Opening up Essentials 1.20 this morning the FIRST thing I noticed was my 2-AP's displaying "Heartbeat Missed" messages...   about a minute late, with the same Essentials page open(Devices), the message will say "Connected"....each and every time I click away from that page the "Hearbeat Missed" messages appear, until I stay on Devises page again.    Anyone else know of an issue, or have experienced this issue?

Hi  @ChrisK619

The Device page of Omada SDN Controller will display all TP-Link SDN devices discovered by the controller and their general information.

Explanation of HEARTBEAT MISSED: It's a transition status between Connected and Disconnected. Once connected to the controller, the device will send inform packets to the controller in a regular interval to maintain the connection. If the controller does not receive its inform packets in 30 seconds, the device will turn into the Heartbeat Missed status. For a heartbeat-missed device, if the controller receives an inform packet from the device in 5 minutes, its status will become Connected again; otherwise, its status will become Disconnected.

Wish you a happy life and smooth network usage!
