We have a device on our controller that is not managed by us. We have removed the DHCP option 138 from this network so that the device will not show back up on the controller. The DHCP option was removed around 2 months ago and the device is still showing up on the controller. Is there a way to remove the device manually? If not, can we add that option to a future version?

Hi  @Wolfraider

This is because the controller can still reach the device, and the device is disconnected from the new controller.

Here are two methods to remove it:

1. change the WAN settings of your controller site so that the device won't be able to access your controller;

2. Hard reset the device.

Yes, we have plans to move the devices managed by others to somewhere else.

That's what it was. This AP is directly managed by a customer of ours and not by any controller. We setup firewall rules to block the controller and AP from seeing each other. After a few days the AP disappeared. Thanks for the help
