Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: v5.14.26.23

My oc200 was offline for a few months because my eap 225 outdoor was sent over to tp link manila to be fixed due to no light (still under warranty). got my eap 22 olutdoor just a few days ago and right now when I access the omada cloud management (https://aps1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/#dashboard) and try to configure my new eap 225 outdoor (was replaced), i can't seem to do so. Even after adding the device manually, Its prompting me with an error of too many preconfigured devices in this account. available licenses are not enough. Scratched my head and tried search for online resources to no avail. I remembered that I have the OMADA app installed on my phone and did the configuration there and it worked like a charm. It even carried over the previous setting that I have from my old EAP 225 outdoor. When I checked the app, it has cloud based controllers and then on-premises controllers. After some tinkering I think i configured my EAP 225 outdoor using the OC200 on premises controllers.

I tried reconfiguring the cloud based controller but it is prompting me with the same error as the online link. Any help or advise will be greatly appreciated. See screenshots below for reference.

Hi  @biga10

For your case, you don't need the cloud-based controller.

You should plug the EAP225-outdoor in the same site as the OC200's and manage it via the CO200.

Below is a guide on how to do it:

How to Set up the Omada Hardware Controller (OC200/OC300) via Your Mobile Phone
