can not connect controller from lan when my ISP service is down
When my ISP providers service is down and I try to connect my controller from LAN, I'm getting "request timeout" errors while trying to connect.
This started becoming a thing since last firmware update "1.26.6 Build 20241101 Rel.41385 (Stable)".
Any ideas?

How did you login to the controller? Via OC300's IP address? Please share with us the error message and include the URL.
When there is no internet access, you need to login the controller via local user, not the cloud account.

Is it convenient to share a screenshot?
Will the page be accessible again if the internet of the ISP router recovers?
