ISP : comcast and century link

so here is the deal:

1) current config - Comcast cable 10.1.10.1 w dhcp 100-200 enabled - computer use 10.1.10.1 as default gateway
2) just installed century link as another lan to be used as redundancy internet path.
3) my network cannot easily be modified away from 10.1.10.x

so my questions are pretty simple - I think:
1) Do I need to change the wan IPs from 10.1.10.x or does this load balancer isolate lan from wan? IE. can both WANs be 10.1.10.1?
2) If I leave balancing enabled do I need to change anything on link backup? I need the balancer to automatically switch to good WAN if one goes down.

Please comment if you have any comments or suggestions. I don't want this to be a dead topic. I only ask these because I was told and read that this is just a drop in solution. I just don't want to do something stupid in the WAN configuration.
