1. Firmware Version TL-R480T_V5_130116 (Hardware Version 5.1)

We have currently deploy a new R480T+ router to the customer place, and after that it keeps hanging and required restart.

This situation is highly reproducible, it hang approximate 2-3 times per hour.

The following is what we did in the router settings:

1. Change the router to only have single WAN port (WAN1)
2. All LAN ports (the rest of 4 ports) are connected to all other devices.
3. The WAN1 port connected to the Cable Modem provided by the ISP
4. The WAN1 Setting is "STATIC IP" (which is where I think the issue comes from), with provided IP address, Netmask, Gateway IP, DNS1 / 2.
5. DHCP enabled, and changes DHCP IP Pool to 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.199
6. Changed Administrator Password
7. Disabled UPnP Setttings
8. The rest of the settings is default value from TP-Link.

Results:
It works initially, and crashes 2-3 times per hour. After crashes, the whole LAN cannot connect / ping to the router. After router reboots, the router restore and work for couple minutes, then crashes again.

Other Testing Information:
1. I have tried 2 different, brand new R480T+ Routers and they both works the same (all crashes).
2. The exact same settings has been deploy to different customers' locations, however, they are all uses ADSL (PPPOE), only this customer using cable connection with Static IP experiencing issue.
3. The same settings (Cable connection with Static IP) applied to TL-WR941ND works just fine at the same customer site, however, it crashes on R480T+.

Please HELP !!!!!!!
