Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 5.14.32.56

Omada OC200 is linked to my cloud management portal. However, I cannot access the controller via its static IP.
Already, switched to DHCP however, still inaccessible.

Since the controller is inaccessible via IP, the portal is also affected.

Hi  @.Don

To access via its IP address, the PC should be in the same LAN as the OC200.

If you failed to access the interface, please share with us a screenshot of the error message page.

What's the status of the controller on the cloud website? Is it online or offline? Can you launch the controller via https://omada.tplinkcloud.com

  @Vincent-TP

hi, i have the same issue since I upgraded my OC200 V1 to firmware to controller version 5.14.32.56.
- local access won't work

- cloud access works but with difficulties as it kept on failing

- local voucher portal won't respond anymore for clients to login

 those are the problems i faced too.

in my case , with all the difficulties with getting access through cloud, I managed to get in from there (but u got to be very patient). Then I deleted all my logs, events, (everything that are logs deleted), and restarted. Then my local access and portal started working.

I set up an automatic backup of settings before the controller firmware update , anytime it does it, the controller will go offline and you will have to manually restart it, or portal and cloud wont come.
i also tried to disable the auto backup option, but its not responding. The new controller firmware has messed up our OC200 v1. I do not know for others.

it needs to be fixed.
