Hi,

 

First, this is not proper forum for solving problems, you are in Request & Suggestion section. To discuss your issue, please make a new thread in WiFi section: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/1

 

Second, to briefly answer your question. EAP110 can be managed by controller ONLY local one. It can't be connected to Cloud Controller (hosted by TP-Link as a whole).
