Hi @Saamoss
Please give us more details about the buggy:
1. What kind of portal did you configure?
2. What's the buggy like?
It would be better to reply with some screenshots. Thanks.

@Vincent-TP i have configured the local portal page for voucher.
the bug started 3 days ago whereas no update was made. Thats why I updated it to the latest firmware, but the problem is becoming worse. I will send you the screenshot of what the portal is saying.
this morning, cloud management is totally showing offline meanwhile the cloud light on OC200 is on.

i used to connect via cloud to manage the entire network, but as I said up, cloud is misbehaving. I went on site and couldn't have access locally either. So i used the cloud to manage despite the bugs and find out that logs table was full since the day it started misbehaving. Even command to reboot all devices failed to execute. So I managed through cloud to clean logs and rebooted so it comes back with the portal, local access working. But in the night, when it was about to backup settings files, it refused to work again. I had to reboot it before. i also noticed the backups were in .cfg and now in both cfg and zip.
those were my remarks. Do you have any idea what is going on? And how can i solve it?

Hi @Saamoss
Sorry for the late reply.
Does the issue persist?
There were some changes on backup files from controller 5.14.x
What's the status of the OC200 on cloud platform now? Can you please share us the screenshots of the portal config page.
Does this issue happen on all kinds of clients?
If you don't mind, you may try factory reset the OC200 and restore the cfg. file.
