WLAN goes down when Controller is shut down

hi all,
just realised - when I shut down the windows software controller, the whole WLAN is not available anymore till the controller isn't started again.
observed while upgrading the controller from 5.14.32.3 to 5.15.6.7 - on ther other side, the WLAN wasn't available at previous update too, but it didn't catch my real attention.
internet on wired clients is OK.
I have 3 EAP615-Wall - all connected via SG2008P switch (FW: 3.20.1) to ER605 router FW: 2.2.6)

Hi @ZoloNN
WLAN broadcast doesn't require the controller running all the time.
What do you mean the "whole WLAN is not available anymore"? Please give us more details.
1. Is the SSID showing on the wifi list?
2. All wireless clients can't see the SSID?
3. Do you configure portal authentication for the WLAN?
4. If use a scanner, can you scan the SSID?
5. Is the LED status normal?

Hi @Vincent-TP,
re 1: negative
re 2: yes (connection lost on my Pixel 6a and Lenovo T14 Gen5)
re 3: no portal is configured/in use
re 4: scanner (WiFi Analyser Premium on Pixel 6a) shows no SSIDs - not even hidden/unidentified one
re 5: LED on EAP is white

I am still on Controller 5.13 and my EAP615-wall happily continues to work when my controller takes an unexpected nap... As do the meshed EAP225-outdoors.

Hi @Vincent-TP,
sorry for late answer, I was little bit busy...
when I shut down the controller (current version: 5.15.20.13), the LED on EAP615 is white, blinking very slowly and the following changes to EAP615 configuration is made:

- the ifAdminStatus for apclix0 went from "down" to "up", but ifOperStatus remains at "down"
after the controller starts, all config changes are rolled back...........

Hi @ZoloNN
It's been a while since we last communication and we had released some new firmware for Omada controller these days.
Would you please update your controller and the EAP to the latest firmware to have another try?
