I want to transmit 16 -->4-megapixel ip cameras in a field which is just 200 metre face face apart.
My only concern is which tplink cpe should I use that can handle this much amount of data without any issue..

200 meters is not a problem for CPE devices.
16 clients is not a problem either.
But please make sure you have considered the following:
1. CPE devices are all directional antennas; please make sure all the cameras can be installed within the wifi coverage at the same time;
You can get their antenna info from their spec page on TP-Link official website;
2. All CPE devices are single band; CPE510 and CPE710 only support 5 GHz. Please understand which band the cameras support first.
3. The cameras are capable of receiving wifi signals from 200 meters away.
