For anyone who is having issues with Sonos linking to each other on the TP-link Omada networks I found a solution that works if you are doing all WIFI setup.

Settings -> Profiles -> Bonjour Service

                                   Create New Bonjour Service

                                        Name = Sonos

                                        Service ID = _sonos._tcp.local

Settings -> Services -> mDNS

                                      Create New Rule

                                      Name = Sonos

                                      Enabled = Yes

                                      Device Type = AP

                                      Service = Sonos

                                      Service Network = 1

                                      Client Network = 1

Settings -> Wireless Networks
                                      Edit or Make Wireless Network

                                      Under Multicast/Broadcast Management

                                        Multicast-to-Unicast
                                            Uncheck all

                                        ARP-to-Unicast Conversion
                                            Uncheck

Settings -> Services
                                      UPnP
                                          Enable
                                          Interface WAN checked
                                          Networks All or Sonos vlan

These settings got our Sonos devices linked and talking together and linked, hopefully this helps anyone in the future.

Re:Sonos and TP Link Omada
Yesterday
I have an issue with my sonos not grouping and also sometimes not being visible on the network. I recently switched to omada with controller and 3 AP's. All my sonos are connected wireless via the AP's. Since i've upgraded i cannot group my sonos anymore. Tried your settings up above, but do you need to reboot the system? For me did not change anything unfortunately. Also, all my multicast settings where already unchecked, is this normal?
