Thanks for posting in our business forum.
If you are new to the system, start with the User Guide and every tab on the system. I don't have to explain this part as you know what to do with a 15-year router.

 

About the VOIP and IPTV settings, you can find it in the

  @Clive_A Thx for the hint. Its not very intuitive. It would be better to set it directly in the wan settings where you can set "internet vlan" also. 

But now I try to set the IP-Phone VLAN ID in the IPTV section. If i enter 2222 and hit save i got an error: "This vlan is in use. Try again". 

 

Because of try and error i setup the vlan id in the wan settings at "internet vlan id" and somewhere else maybe. I checked all settings twice, removed the vlan id from any other settings but can not save the vlanid in the iptv section. 

 

How can i check where this vlan id is used so i can remove it?

Not sure what you have configured. Have you examined the whole network where 2222 is free?

  @Clive_A i have only the oc300 as controller and the er8411 as router. In omada: settings/wired network INTERNET or LAN there is no entry of a vlan id 2222 anymore. At LAN i only have a single LAN interface (default) 192.168.0.1. I did not find any list of vlans. I dont setup any vlan at this time!

 

I added it in the WAN settings under Internet VLAN ID but removed it!

 

I dont know why the error pop ups vlanid 2222 is in use.

Is there a list of objects i can check where i setup 2222?

No list will display WAN related VLAN.

  @Clive_A Then please tell me why i can not save the vlan id 2222 in the ip phone section?

I tried to set the vlanid in the service/iptv/ip phone section as you can see here:

 

 

If i click save i get this error:

 

Omada tells me the VLAN ID already exists. But i dont know why/where? 

I looked into the wired networks. 

 

As you can see here there is only vlan 1 the default interface set. nothing more. 

 

 

Wireless Networks are not set at this time.

 

If i look into the wired networks/internet i have only setup WAN/LAN4.

 

 

If i open the settings of wan/lan 4 you see internet vlan is not marked. I can check it but the box is empty!

 

 

I dont know where to find the vlan 2222. Where can i look? How can i fix this problem? 

 

I have inserted in wan/lan 4 under internet VLAN the vlan 2222 before for trial and error. But i removed it! It wont show up. But under service iptv/iphone section i cannot setup this vlan id anymore. 

 

Whats do next? 

I can reset the controller? Or must i reset the router? I have no idea how to fix it!
