Which connector and number of active LAN/WAN ports?
Prospective buyer of various kit...
I want to connect an ER7212PC to a TP-Link 10-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch with 8-Port PoE+ LS1210GP
Is the correct FC adapter the TL-SM311LM? For both ends? is there something better/different I need?
At some point I want to connect another one of these so that's port 1-2 used.
If I use port 3 for my cable modem, I can then use port 4 to connect to a TP-Link Managed Network Switch 8-Port Gigabit TL-SG608E over Cat 6?
I'll then use one of the POE ports for an EAP650 Wireless access point.
Any thing wrong with this setup?
Fairly sure I can't manage either of the switches via Omada but not fussed.
1 Gigabit is my top speed which again is fine.
It'll be one flat network.
Can i run a normal wifi SSID with access to the internal network/internet and a guest wifi which assume I can block from the local network and have internet only?

The said switch LS1210GP, is not a managed one. Please note that.
311LM is the proper one for the multi-mode if you need one. Please visit the product page if you need to learn more about it.
Nothing strange or wrong.
SG608E may not support the Omada Controller. You need to refer to its firmware as I recall this model is a revision of the TL-SG108E.
You can run multi-SSID and VLAN SSID. The AP and the 3-in-1 surely support them.
Guest Network on the AP can block local access.

Looking at it, I might even swap the LS1210GP for a SG2210P and then it can be managed by Omada as well with an extra SFP port. It's more expensive but only by a bit.
SG2210P would be a great choice. If you plan to expand your network down the road and expect the latest features, I recommend you consider the ER7206(V2) + OC200 as you have chosen an SG2210P.
ER7212PC would only be suitable for users who require a simple network with the multi-SSID and networks. No fancy features and high-end requirements.

Thanks
I've decided to go for the better switch in the end SG2210P, it was only about £40 extra.
I did look at the OC200, ER7206 or ER605.
The ER605 was lacking the FC SFP port and POE and the ER7206 lacked POE.
By the time I bought those and then another switch with POE it was getting expensive and considering I'm coming from a single consumer Asus all in one router, Wifi box it was becoming overkill.
