So I've been asked to help extend wifi from a main house, to outbuildings. 

Main house currently has a Wavlink AC600 on the roof.

I'm considering 1 x CPE210 on each of the outbuildings, pointing at the Wavlink AC600 and acting as clients to take the signal down some cat6 cable and into an Access Point in each outbuilding.

It's been suggested by a supplier/shop, that the CPE210 won't connect to the AC600, as the AC600 is another brand. But surely if they are both on either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz and all set the same, that should be fine? Or do they genuinely not work together.

Anyone have experience with this?

BTW it's about 60m to 70m, line of site, zero obstructions and looking to shae a fibre connection via WiFi that's limited to 150mb anyway (that's their max fibre speed).
