Download degraded from 350Mb to 15Mb required Reset Gateway
Was managing the FR365 through the cloud controller and suddenly downgraded download performance from 350 Mb to 15-20Mb.
Have 2 WAN connections load balanced.
Although have no idea why this happened but executed the "FORGET" process and reset the router.
Was able to restore manually the router and obtained the throughput but then when uploaded again to the Cloud Controller, it restore the non acceptable settings and again it was downgraded to the low performance levels.
Now I tried to reset the WAN ports disabling them but then lost connecting, which is logical but now as the device has been reset and try to connect to the cloud, if it restores the settings, it will again disable the WAN ports.
How can the cloud configuration be removed so it will have a clean setup to manage the device as it should be done?
