Hi, Anybody knows how to deal with frequent OC200 cloud disconnects? This usually happen when I am tinkering or using extensively the Omada app or on desktop. Basically it disconnects from the cloud and reconnects within 3-5 minutes. 

 

Plainly it just disconnects from the cloud but not on the local side. 

 

Anybody experiencing this? Any fix?

When did the issue occur?

Offline means the OC200 is disconnected from the tp-link cloud server, you may check the Internet stability of the OC200 site.

  @Vincent-TP Offline meaning disconnected from the Tplink server.
