Hp smart print not working with er605
Hi everyone, I'm having trouble getting my hp m234 printer to work with the hp smart app, I'll start by saying that the printer works without er605 but after configuring the vlans it tells me that the initial configuration is incomplete, I see it on the network, open the configuration web page, I ping it but I can't print, the scanner from the smart app works. Any suggestions? The PC is in the same vlan as the printer. Thanks

Solved... It was the printer... I did a reset and it works now!

Hi, so your printer and PC are on the same VLAN, you can open printer's config page from pc, but you can't print anything from the very same pc? Do I get that properly?
- Are both devices connected to the net via cable?
- Do you get any message on your PC when you try to print?
- Does Windows show you the printer as online device?
- Do you have proper port (ip address) set up in your printer's properties on your pc?
- What and where "tells you that the initial configuration is incomplete"?

Same VLAN and app works. It seems to be a problem with your PC.
Is the PC Windows? Set the corresponding network interface to a private network.
